icupu is a small collection of free tools built by Emanoel S. Vieira.

The first tool is the icupu Percentage Calculator. Its smart mode runs percent-nlu, a tiny language model trained to understand percentage questions in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The model, its training evaluation and the inference code are open source under the MIT license.
